Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hr notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling

• Same day cancellation will result in a 50% charge of service

• Same day no shows will result in a 100% charge of service

Refill Policy

• Refills require at least 40% of extensions on to be considered a refill

• Refills must be booked no longer than 2-3.5 weeks since last appointment

• Refills booked with less than 40% of extensions on will be considered a full set and will be charged appropriately 

Late Policy

• I have a 15 minute grace period, please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late

• I reserve the right to cancel your appointment due to being later than the grace period

• You will be charged for the appointment booked, not the time spent on the service due to tardiness

• Your time will start at the time the appointment is booked, not the time you show up

Refund Policy

• Partial Refunds Only. Up to 50% with valid reason. 

• Removal required with partial refund.
